Original era manufacture. Standard pattern Luftwaffe M1940 steel helmet as worn on all fronts during WWII. Complete original leather liner with adjusting string, all three rivets with slot washers in place and an original, complete leather chinstrap. The liner leather shows a dark oiled finish with none of the fingers being broken or torn. Complete original chinstrap bearing a RB number on its tip and a steel adjusting buckle. Nice orignal combat finish and excellent LW decal as shown. A very solid example of a classic Luftwaffe steel helmet.
