Original era manufacture. Standard pattern Luftwaffe helmet as worn on all fronts during WWII. Complete, original leather liner with drawstring and dome stamp in the crown. The leather is a bit dry around the edges and shows some light flaking but is overall very sound. An original chinstrap is on the helmet which shows period unit markings on its underside. The stitching which holds the attaching buckle in place has loosened. The exterior of the helmet shows typical, but light wear with a very nice LW flying eagle decal as shown. A very clean example of the classic Luftwaffe helmet of WWII.
