Original era manufacture. Standard pattern Luftwaffe issue M1942 steel helmet with original decal as shown. Original paint finish on the shell and rivets. The liner while fairly intact, shows considerable age and wear, with fragments of the chinstrap ends remaining. The helmet has the classic look of having just come out of long storage, and never has had an attempt to improve or try and clean it up. An honest old helmet with a great "been there" look to it.
