Original era manufacture. Cotton embroidery on Luftwaffe blue wool with loose stitches on the edges from being cut from a hat. Minor mothing, soiled from wear. This example formed part of a large assortment of uniform/hat removed cloth insignia  brought home from WWII by a Connecticut veteran. We will be listing additional examples of these on our site over the coming weeks as time permits.
