Original period manufacture. Luftwaffe blue wool shoulder strap with bright aluminum tresse in the rank of Feldwebel, with dark blue wool piping. Gothic letter A at center, it is held in place with one attaching prong and reinforced with a stitch of thread. The letter A indicates the Luftwaffe Medical Academy. Light age and wear.
