Original era manufacture. Standard pattern Luftwaffe sword made by WKC, the chrome finished steel blade measures 30.5 inches in length, and is quite clean, no real issues to report. Mix of original silvering and patina finish to the guard and pommel, with gilding remaining on the mobile swastikas. Damage free leather wrapped grip which is bound with triple strand wire. The sword is tight, no rattles. Leather covered metal scabbard displays matching alloy fittings to the sword, all mounting screws are intact, with only some very minor marring to the leather surface. The leather carrier is  present.
