Original era manufacture. One of the souvenirs brought home by Cpl Roy Altenbach, Ordnance Section, US Army at the end of WWII. Stamped steel buckle which retains nearly all of its original Luftwaffe blue paint. Maker marked forward of the catch DRF & Co 42. Clean buckle.
