Original era manufacture. A well used example of pebbled aluminum with its original sewn, unit marked, brown leather adjusting tab. Spots of surface corrosion on the obverse of the buckle, with the early pattern drooptail eagle. The adjusting tab is stiffened from age, but displays numerous period markings and a date of 1936
