Original era manufacture. German WWII Luftwaffe Soldbuch to a man born in 1897, who entered the service in 1940. Numerous entries throughout the book, especially in the equipment issue pages, with entries beginning in May 1943 through January 1945. He had five Bergmutzen issued to him in a single year! The only award noted is a Hindenburg Cross in 1940. The photograph has been re-stapled in the cover, and may be a replacement. French POW release form included, 1946 date.
