Original era manufacture. German WWII Luftwaffe Wehrpass issued in 1937 to a man born in Frankfurt in 1897, photo in cover. WWI service on both the Eastern & Western Fronts; WWII service primarily in the West as a LW technical inspector in Holland. Noted as serving in the war against England 1940-1944. Awarded the EK2 (likely WWI) and the War Service Cross. Swastika removed from the cover. Normal handling and wear.
