Original era manufacture. A well filled Wehrpass issued to one Heinrich Schwank III, born in 1904. Photo in cover, typical entries, no mention of awards, but an interesting notation regarding service in Western France during the campaign against England 6 October 1940, 31 December 1941. This of coursewould include thetime of the Blitz over England. During this time he was assigned to Luftwaffebau (airfield construction)Kompanie 2/6 XII. Large certificate issued by the Military Government of Germany 20 April 1945 (Hitler's last birthday), registering him as a resident of Staffel. The smaller certificate acknowledges Schwank's screening on 1 May 1945. In each instance, these documents were issued prior to the German surrender 8 May 1945.
