Original era manufacture. A sound, complete example of the classic WWII German M24 Stick Grenade, which is INERT, empty of all explosives.Most of the original paint remains on the steel head, with clear stenciling on the side of the can, with a 1938 date and waffenamt on the top. Minor surface denting. Very sound original turned wooden handle which is maker marked with the often seen back-to-back R emblem, and a 1938 date. White porcelain ball and pull cord inside the handle. The end cap is present and complete with the internal spring, however the securing threads are stripped and will no longer tighten. US Sales Only,
