Original era manufacture. A very clean example of a fairly scarce pattern helmet, being a Luftschutz Police M40 steel helmet. Standard Luftschutz beaded combat helmet, finished in satin blue paint, with a Police decal on the left side, and NSDAP shield on the right; no Luftschutz decal on the front.Very nice original leather liner with cork spacers, and an adjustable black leather chinstrap. Original decals as shown with nearly 100% of the paint finish remaining intact.
