Original era manufacture. German WWII NSKOV Deutsche Kriegsopferverforgung magazine dated 1938, Berlin. Paper back, with the NSKOV insignia in the upper left corner. Also, a clear, 9x7 inch, black and white photo of a group of 20 or so Army NCO's, with an officer at center. Most of the men in the front row are holding swords.
