Original era manufacture. German WWII matching numbers K98 bayonet and scabbard. Maker marked Carl Eickhorn, serial number 7373f with a 1939 date. Satin blue finish to the blade, slightly rounded point, no corrosion issues. Mix of blue and steel patina to the guard, pommel, and lightly dented flash guard. Dark plum bakelite grips. Dent free scabbard showing a mix of steel patina and blue, discoloration to the surface, the throat screw is present.
