Original era manufacture. German WWII matching numbers K98 bayonet and scabbard. Maker marked Carl Eickhorn, serial number 6595g with a 1939 date. Satin blue finish to the blade. no corrosion issues. Mix of blue and steel patina to the guard, pommel. Dark plum bakelite grips. Dent free scabbard showing a mix of steel patina and blue, the throat screw is present.
