Original era manufacture. A well worn matching K98 bayonet and scabbard by agv (Berg Co.)and dated 41, serial number 5144 on blade and scabbard. The blade has been cleaned and at some point in it's life it was shortened by about a half inch. Nice dark plumb bakelite grips with a patina finish to the guard and pommel. Mix of blue steel and patina to the dent free scabbard. Homemade black leather frog.
