Original era manufacture. Standard black leather Sanitater pouch which is unmarked save for some handwritten words on the inside of the lid. There is what looks to be a waffenamt stamp below the metal loop on the reverse of the pouch, don't believe it is period, sometimes folks just like to gild the lilly. Inside are six pieces of period WWII medical bandages, salves and so on, including a WWII Italian bandage. The pouch is very sound.
