Original era manufacture. Military pattern black Imitation leather belt pouch with leather belt loops, securing tabs and hinge. Inside are 6 pieces of WWII era medical bandages, 5 of which are dated 1939. Possibly DRK or Luftschutz use rather than military. Near new condition.
