Original era manufacture. German WWII stamped steel pocket size Essbit stove which folds open for cooking. Box of tabs inside. Shows normal age and use, the box has warped over the years and the contents are spilling out. Original WWII German souvenirs brought home by a US Army 3rdInfantry Division soldier. These items were obtained from the veterans family; he served with the 3rdDivision throughout WWII, seeing service in North Africa, Sicily, Anzio, Southern France and Germany.
