Original era manufacture. Eickhorn logo on the ricasso, standard pattern etched panels on each side of the blade, with nice black contrast finish remaining. No corrosion to the blade, sharp tip, unsharpend edges. A fair amount of gilding remains on the guard and pommel, no damage to the pale ivory colored grip, eagle pommel is a little loose from over tightening. The gilded brass scabbard retains most of its finish with a shallow pinch in its surface, the old "Taxi Door" excuse. Clean overall.
