Original era manufacture. This heavily mothed NSDAP unit flag, remains fairly complete despite its obvious flaws; being a good candidate for restoration, or a parts donor for other examples.The good: Both of the unit panels are intact, with no moth damage to them. All of the aluminum fringe is intact, as are the seven metal alloy pole rings. The two white cotton discs, with the square-set, folded and sewn black cotton swastikas are also intact.The bad: The worsted red wool body of the flag is heavily mothed as shown, the white cotton discs display scattered staining to their surfaces.
