Original period manufacture. Early quality armband of wool, with a ribbed black tape folded swastika machine sewn to a ribbed white disc. Traces of the paper RZM tag inside, lightly soiled from handling, light mothing to the body.Original WWII German souvenirs brought home by a US Army 3rdInfantry Division veteran Mr. Robert Gelhoff of Wisconsin. These items were obtained by Mr. Gelhoff during his service in WWII. He served with the 3rdDivision throughout WWII, seeing combat in North Africa, Sicily, Anzio, Southern France and Germany.
