Original era manufacture. Large, all cotton construction double sided NSDAP flag with a printed swastika on white disc. The flag measures nearly 9 feet in length and 5 feet in width. There is a white canvas hoist bearing an Aachen Germany makers label, Leo Drucks, rope halyard loops have been removed. Scattered staining from age and use, but no holes or tears. Being such a large pattern flag, it likely flew from a government building or military installation. Aachen was the first German city to be captured by the Allies during WWII.
