Original era manufacture. Red wool bodied flag with aluminum fringe, and a large city patch in the upper left corner of each side. Dillingen is a small town in Bavaria, northwest of Munich, on the Donau river.  The flag is very clean, only two small moth bites on the left side of the city patch, one 3 x 5 mm, the other about the size of a pencil point. The carrying rings have been removed.
