German WWII NSKK Enlisted Dagger, Unusual Maker, August Knecht

Original era manufacture. Early issue dagger with plated fittings and a maker mark on the ricasso of Aug Knecht. Some crossgrain polish remains on the blade surface, with a mix of graying to the surface, nice contrast to the motto. The tip of the dagger is slightly bent.Alloy upper and lower guards, with an alloy eagle set into the wooden grip, enameled SA emblem above. On the reverse of the guard is the NSKK  unit marking of No (Nordmark). No cracks or chips to the wooden grip. Alloy fittings to the scabbard, with all screws present, the scabbard body is dent free, exhibiting an old black repaint. Requisite denting to the ball tip.
