Original era manufacture. Top portion of an OT armband, showing black embroidered lettering on white cotton. The handwritten word "Volkstrum" appears on one end. Showing considerable wear and use. This was one of the souvenirs brought home from WWII by Pfc. R. Neil, 327th Combat Engineers, 102nd Infantry Division. Purchased from the family.
