Original era manufacture. Brown pebble grain leather on the reverse, with the fronts dyed black during the war. Clear makers marking and date on each reverse, Rahm Kampmann, Kaiserslautern 1936. Aluminum fittings throughout, with black overpaint done by the Russians after capture. One pouch retains its rawhide dividers, the other has had them removed.
