Original era manufacture. Brown pebble grain leather on the reverse, with the fronts dyed black during the war. Oval shaped makers marking on the reverse of each, however the pebbling is so pronounced as to make the markings blurred. Russian capture, so the rawhide dividers have been removed, and the openings on the tips of the closure straps have been elongated. The pouches remain sound, and have not been heavily oiled or crushed.
