Original era manufacture. Table top radio with a bakelite case introduced in 1933 as an inexspensive radion for the German home. Original price was RM 75, about two weeks wages for a German worker of the time. Our example boasts a damage free casing with original knobs and switches and speaker cover fabric. On the back of the radio is it's original cardboard cover giving instructions and basic maintenance. Inside the original radio tubes are intact, although it is doubtful that it works at this point, certainly a fact as the power cord has been cut away. Small wear spot in the speaker cover fabric as shown.
