Original era manufacture. Standard model bayonet with a brown leather frog and scabbard body for Rural Police. The blade is quite clean with a little bit of plating loss near the tip. Decent chromed pommel and guard of a pattern without the bayonet lug slot. A little bit of stitching has opened up on one side of the frog, but the scabbard stitching remains quite sound. Tightly wrapped around the top of the frog is an original knot showing fraying and wear to the strap. These have always been a favorite of ours.
