Original era manufacture. An early quality bayonet displaying a high level of fit and finish of prewar manufacture. Alcoso logo trademark on the ricasso, with a Police eagle proof appearing on the blade spine. No serial number, the scabbard is without any markings or serial number. Very clean dark blue finish blade with light scattered surface staining. Sound dark plum bakelite grips, mix of blue and steel patina to the guard and pommel, operable lock button. Dent free blue steel scabbard with a mix of blue and steel patina, throat screw is present.
