German WWII Police Marked S84/98 Bayonet, Horster

Original era manufacture. Standard S84/98 pattern bayonet with a satin blue finish to the blade, Police eagle on the spine and the Horster name on the ricasso. There are a few very small nicks on the blade spine and evidence of old light cleaned corrosion, otherwise the blade is quite nice. Dark plum bakelite grips, even steel patina to the pommel, guard and steel scabbard. The scabbard has a few very small surface dents but retains most of its finish. There are matching numbers seen on the scabbard throat and guard, 1672. No waffenamts as would be correct for a Police used bayonet.
