Original era manufacture. Polished steel blade which measures 31.5 inches in length and running fairly straight down its length. Alcoso name and trademark on the obverse ricasso. No nicks in the blade edge with a clean finish overall with a scattering of corrosion staining but no pitting. Undamaged grip, plated guard and pommel with some scattered surface staining from old corrosion. Aluminum Police emblem set into the body of the grip. Dent free black painted steel scabbard which retains about 90% of its finish,scabbard throat displays a dark patina with no issues. Army pattern sword knot wrapped around the guard.
