Original era  manufacture. WWI style canteen as used by Political Formations of the NSDAP prior to WWII. Maker marked on the AEMA on the anodized cap. Leather suspension harness, with some mothing to the brown wool cover. This pattern never had a cup, a separate, beaker style drinking cup was carried in the breadbag.
