Original period manufacture. Blue wool bodied hat with a blue velvet band and orange wool piping throughout. Bright aluminum eagle and wreath, simple black leather chinstrap. Plain yellow cloth lining with an intact sweatdiamond and an imitation leather sweatband. Molded cardboard visor with a black painted finish. No moth issues, just normal age and wear.
