Original era manufacture. A large pattern medical belt pouch which measures 7.5x4.5 x4.5 inches. Brown leather construction with two belt loops on the reverse, with a circular stamp on the rear edge of the top, displaying what I believe to beaReichsbahn eagle.Luftschutz contents label on the inside of the lid. The pouch is sound overall, displaying typical scuffing to the leather surface.
