Original era manufacture. A commercial grade bayonet with a satin blue finish to the guard, backstrap and pommel. Very clean blade showing light milling markings, no waffenamts or serial numbers, only the Alcoso trademark on the ricasso. Original finish wood grips with light marring from age and use. Mismatched, early scabbard, S/155 1936 stamped onto the reverse of the scabbard. Nice satin blue scabbard finish with minimal surface denting, more felt than seen. Early Reichswehr waffenamt on the scabbard tip.
