Original era manufacture. Standard S84/98 bayonet with a most of the original blue finish remaining. Maker marked and dated 44 fze on the ricasso. One clear waffenamt proofs on the pommel. Dark red bakelite grips in good order.The blade is very clean, displaying most of its original blue finish. The scabbard is stamped S/172 1940, and displays a mix of patina an blue finish. The throat screw is present.
