Original period manufacture. A clean example with a nice metal finish with the wooden grips secured with domed rivets instead of screws. The blade shows evidence of an old sharpening but is not detracting. Mismatched serial numbers blade to scabbard, however the scabbard is alson 44 cvl marked.
