Original era manufacture. Horster manufacture bayonet, with a 37 date on the blade spine. A good deal of the original satin blue finish remains on the blade, no corrosion issued, with a strong point. Mix of blue and steel patina to the guard, flash guard and pommel. Wooden grips in sound condition. Warsaw Pact number stamped on the guard, 7S.Dent free steel patina finish scabbard with a spot of surface corrosion on the edge, 43 ffc marked throat.  Black leather frog which has been cut-down for some reason.
