Original period manufacture. WWII produced bayonet maker marked and dated 41asw (Horster) on its ricasso. Deep blue finish overall with postwar applied matching serial numbers on the guard and scabbard throat 8815. Nice dark plum bakelite grips with no issues. WWII German mounted pattern frog with the pommel straps removed. Interesting bayonet which served several masters..
