Original period manufacture. A sound example of the classic Wehrmacht service bayonet of WWII. Matching maker name to blade and scabbard, but mismatched serial numbers and year date. Dark plum bakelite grips, even blue and steel patina finish throughout. The blade is dated 38, and the scabbard 1940. Fairly dent and corrosion free, looks to have had a little cold blue touch-up.
