Original era manufacture. A very clean example of this popular WWII dagger. Plated metal fittings with a brown painted steel scabbard with an original brown leather snap hanger attached to the ring. Nearly 100% of the paint remains on the scabbard body, with an undented ball tip for a change. A very clean blade which bears the RZM code M7/12 for WMW - Waffenfabrik Max Weyersberg, Solingen. The blade is really clean, with only one or two tiny spots of darkening, original polish everywhere with normal runner marks only. Very clean wood grips with both emblems in place. Hanger and D-ring have matching markings. Great looking original dagger.
