Original era manufacture. A transitional model, with an RZM proof and makers logo on the ricasso. The blade is reversed in the grip.The blade is clean, with a fair amount of original crossgrain polish visible, and good contrast to the motto and makers logo. Nickel alloy upper and lower guards, with a steel securing nut on the pommel. Original wooden grip, however the eagle and SS disc are replacements in my opinion. Who knows why the emblems were removed in the first place, but the replacement job was of poor quality.Original finish steel scabbard, which is dent free, with all of the fitting screws present, no denting to the ball tip. The blade does not fit the scabbard correctly, with the last 1/4 inch or so being a struggle. Original brown leather hanger with an RZM marked nickel snap clip.
