A nice looking dagger for display but totally contrived with some original parts used to flesh it out. Original scabbard with a postwar applied gloss paint finish, all of the fitting screws are present witha flattened ball tip. Original grip which was likely a re-dyed SA enlisted grip with a replica SS enameled disc. The blade is a nice quality replica Himmler damascus presentation blade. Well made replica vertical hanger which uses an original snaphook. Purchased by a local collector in Germany back in the 1980's. Displays well and certainly far less money than an original.
