Original era publication. A late war SS Soldbuch, issued to a Police official late in WWII. His photo appears inside the cover, on page 5 notes of the awarding of four medals, KvK 2nd Class, Westwall Medal, Police LongService, and the last I cannot make out. On page 15 notations are made telling of his being issued with a Luger pistol and bayonet. Perhaps the most interesting aspect of the soldbuch, certainly the most ironic, is a small official order dated 17 March 1945 regarding the issue of SS-Soldbuchs to the local police of Rastatt Germany. You would think they would have had moreimportant things to worry about at that stage of the war.Normal handling and wear, an interesting item.
