Original era manufacture. Standard Wehrmacht aluminum messkit of WWII. Carved into the top of the lid is a decorative vase of flowers and the phrase, Reserve Hat Ruh, along with the date Mai 1945, Bad Aibling. Normal service wear and age, missing its handle, wire bale is present.
