Original period manufacture. A beautiful sword by Paul Seilheimer, featuring a 29 inch chrome finished steel blade, with an etched spine, and both sides of the blade displaying etched panels. The obverse side of the blade has an etched panel of a horse drawn artillery piece with mounted riders.The blade is mirror-bright, with no issues, Paul Seilheimer logo on the ricasso. Ornate brass grip with a lionheaded pommel with red glass eyes. Black plastic wrapped grip which is bound with triple strand wire, and wrapped around the grip itself, is a properly tied silver wire and gray leather sword knot. Slight movement to the blade when holding the sword in your hand. The black painted steel scabbard retains nearly all of its original paint finish and is dent free.
