Original era issue and photography. An interesting lot containing an SS Bestandsbuch (clothing & equipment inventory), four pocket size photo albums, containing a total of 47 original black and white of the era, lastly a 5 x 7 inch, black & white press release photo of SS troops in Serbia. The photo content of the four albums is quite varied, depicting service and membership pre-war in the DAF and RAD. Two of the albums containing a total of 26 photos, depict his service in the Waffen-SS, during the invasion of Poland and Russia. The photograph of the single cross grave marker with helmet states, "Here Lie Dead of 3/SS-Deutschland (in German of course)", with a date which looks to be 1939. Several of the loose photos have writing on the reverse, I have not checked all of them to see if notations appear. Overall excellent photographic content with good detail.
